ERICA’S STORY

How do we help one person make an impact across a whole state?

Erica Menard has been with Eversource since 2003, but budgets and inventory planning are just part of the responsibilities she takes on here with the company. After starting as a team captain in her Eversource office building, she’s risen to New Hampshire Campaign Chair for the company’s tri-state United Way Campaign. And since Eversource is the number one largest donation base in New Hampshire with Granite United Way, the partnership is something unique—and uniquely important, making a difference for citizens statewide, with initiatives like “Safe Station:Your Connection to Recovery”—a program run with the Manchester Fire Department that turned 10 fire stations into community-based, grassroots havens of help for those suffering from issues around opioid addiction. And that’s just the beginning.
